Would I receive a phone call?

Absolutely! You'll get a call from one of our lovely representatives before or after you sign the purchase agreement.

Can you ship my RV?

Yes! We can ship the RVs directly from our storage facility to anywhere in the USA or Canada. We can also ship internationally. Please contact us for current rates.

Why don't you offer free shipping?

To save our customers even more money, we don't include the cost of shipping in the price of our RVs. This enables us to calculate the delivery cost precisely, depending on the shipping option selected at the time of ordering. By not including a generalised shipping charge in the price, we can keep the prices of our RVs for sale even lower. Choose from our options..

Can I pick up my RV?

Yes!! You can save even more money by collecting your RV directly from our storage facility. We welcome visitors and can arrange tours of the facility by appointment only. Please note that, to offer our customers the best possible prices, shipping and delivery costs are not included in the RV prices.

How long will it take to get my RV?

RVs purchased from our inventory can be delivered immediately. Please allow 5–25 days for delivery, depending on the shipping method selected. However, if you choose our express shipping option, the delivery time can be reduced to just a few days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by bank wire transfer. Is it safe to pay by bank transfer? Yes, bank-to-bank transfers are generally safe and secure. Banks use various security measures to protect their customers' financial information and prevent unauthorised access to their accounts.

Do you offer RV financing?

For the time being we do not offer financing. Our company works with a number of lenders to make certain that your financing needs can be met soon.

Can I trade in my used RV?

In the best interests of our customers, we do not accept trade-ins. Rather than playing the trade-in game, we offer the lowest possible prices. It is in your best interests to sell your RV independently. Having your RV undervalued or paying too much for a new one during the trade-in process can be frustrating.

How come your prices are so much lower?

For years, RVs have been sold using the standard dealer ship model, which pits dealers against each other in competition for your custom. We have created a national inventory pool. By setting low, factory-direct prices, we ensure that customers get the best possible price. This allows dealers and factory sales reps to work together to provide you with the exact RV you need at unbeatable prices.

Does my RV come with a warranty?

Yes, all of our new RVs come with a full eight-year structural and frame warranty, as well as a one-year components warranty. All our used RVs come with a full two-year structural and frame warranty and a six-month components warranty. If your RV needs servicing, simply contact us and we will help you find a qualified RV dealer or repair shop in your area. We will then arrange for the warranty work to be completed as quickly as possible. Please note that all warranty work must be pre-approved by a company representative.
