What is "Refusal of Delivery" on applicable RVs:
When your new RV arrives, you have the right to refuse delivery. However, if there is a service-related issue, such as a flat tyre or broken window, this isn't a reason to refuse delivery. Your warranty will cover this, and we will resolve the issue quickly and easily. Refusing delivery means that the RV does not match the description, you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase due to inadequate presentation and that neither repairs nor a replacement RV would satisfy you. This means that you do not wish to purchase the RV and that there is no way to resolve the situation other than to get your money back. If that is the case, kindly inform the delivery driver, who will return the RV to the facility and issue a 100% refund, including any applicable freight charges. You will receive your refund via the same method used for the initial payment within 10 days. 10 days.

Accepting Delivery:
Once your RV has been delivered and the 14-day inspection period has passed, this confirms that you are satisfied with your purchase, completing your transaction as the new owner. If anything goes wrong or a correction needs to be made, your bumper-to-bumper warranty will cover it. Simply make a note on the delivery receipt and return it to the driver, or contact our support department. They will contact you to arrange any necessary corrections.
